Thank you for shopping at OuiBalm! We want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer two shipping options for all orders within the United States:
Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)
- FREE on orders $50 or more
- $4.90 for orders up to 5 lbs
- $19.90 for orders between 5-70 lbs
Standard Shipping (2-5 business days)
- $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb
- $9.90 for orders between 1-5 lbs
International Shipping
We ship to over 25 countries worldwide including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight through USPS and DHL Express.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at your store email. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
